Welcome to Porchlight House — a private two-home stay (main home and casita) designed for families, friends, and groups who want room to spread out while staying together. Your reservation includes both homes on the property: the four-bedroom Porchlight House -Main House and the two-bedroom Ember Casita. You will have exclusive use of both interiors and the backyard; no other guest group will be onsite during your stay.

Together, the two homes offer six bedrooms, three bathrooms, two full kitchens, two living spaces, two laundry areas, and comfortable sleeping space for up to 12 guests. Each home has its own private entrance, so groups can gather together and still enjoy a little separation when they want it.

Porchlight House — Main House
The bright main house centers around an open living, dining, and kitchen layout with colorful furnishings, exposed wood detail, and a statement indoor fireplace. The fireplace is decorative and is not available for guest use. The kitchen is equipped for real meals, with a full appliance suite, island seating, coffee station, and generous prep space. A covered front porch adds another place to slow down.

The Main House sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms: a king primary suite with a private en-suite bathroom, two queen bedrooms, and a twin-over-twin bunk room. The second bathroom serves the rest of the home. A washer and dryer, smart TVs, a high chair, and a pack-and-play make longer stays and family travel easier.

Ember Casita
The separate casita welcomes you through its cheerful teal Dutch door. Inside, you will find a comfortable living room with a smart TV, a full kitchen with butcher-block counters and full-size appliances, a coffee station, and a dining nook. The Casita sleeps up to four guests: a queen bedroom and a second bedroom with a twin daybed and pull-out trundle. It also has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Backyard & outdoor time
With the entire property reserved, the backyard is yours exclusively. Gather beneath the gazebo, relax under the string lights, play the outdoor games, use the grill, or settle around the fire pit in the evening. Please follow the house rules and fire-safety instructions: no smoking or open flame is permitted inside either home, and the decorative indoor fireplace is not for guest use.

Pets
Up to two pets are welcome for the Entire Home reservation. The pet fee is $65 per pet, per night. Please add pets to the reservation before arrival and review the house rules for the property's pet requirements.

The Blue Star Arts Complex is your nearby anchor: galleries, First Friday energy, Blue Star Brewing, coffee, and cocktails all in one riverside campus, with Southtown favorites like La Tuna, Burgerteca, and Künstler Brewing close by.

Love the outdoors? The Mission Reach stretch of the San Antonio River Walk is minutes away — miles of hike-and-bike trail winding past Confluence Park and the historic Spanish missions, including Mission Concepción. And when you want the classics, downtown San Antonio is a short drive: the Alamo, the downtown River Walk, the Pearl, Market Square, and Hemisfair are all within easy reach — close enough for spontaneous evenings out, far enough that you come home to a quiet neighborhood street.

Parking at the home: Two vehicles may park in the driveway to the left of the Main House. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please keep the vehicle gate closed and locked; it is not available for guest use.

-Must be 25 years or older to rent our home!
-Confirm Contact Info: Double-checking your digits so we can reach you easily if needed.
-Credit Card Confirmation: We’ll need a valid credit card that matches your ID we hold a refundable $50 security deposit. It’s just a formality!
-Security Screening: Hop through our verification portal – think of it as your VIP pass to a fantastic stay.

Rest assured, your info is as safe as houses with us! We won’t be selling, sharing, or handing it off to anyone else.
